Abstract: 

Introduction: Research results have shown that there are various factors in the success of guidance programs. Ignorance of these success factors can lead to the failure of these guidance programs. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effective factors in the success of guidance programs for intelligence students. Methods: This article is a systematic review. To retrieve related studies, keywords related to mentor, mentoring, academic success, nurse anesthetist, etc.) with success factors in intelligence guidance programs in Scopus, PubMed, WOS, CINAHL, ERIC, Cochrane, Magiran, SID, Iranian Medical Articles Bank and Google Scholar search engine were investigated with the criteria of finding articles in Persian and English that referred to the guidance program for intelligence students in medical centers during the years 1990 to 2021. Results: After removing duplicate articles, 1077 studies were screened, and according to the prisma checklist, 13 articles were eligible for inclusion and analysis in the study. Based on the results, the mentoring relationship consists of three stages before the start, during and after the completion of the program. Observing the principles of guidance at every stage leads to the formation of success in guidance. Success factors are generally categorized into four areas: personal, motivational, educational and environmental. To point out some of the characteristics of success in mentoring, it is possible to match mentor (mentor) and mentee (disciple), determine responsibilities and goals, enthusiasm, availability, non-judgement and criticism of mentor and disciple, providing constructive feedback and having awareness of He mentioned his attitude and geographical and cultural factors. Conclusion: In order to achieve success in intelligence mentoring, it should be noted that at the very beginning, people are compatible with each other, as well as know each other's responsibilities and goals so that they can design the continuation of the mentoring program. This issue shows the higher importance of the stage before starting mentoring (the first stage) and the individual field compared to the rest of the stages and areas.

Abstract: 

This research is intended to identify and assess the factors affecting Islamic brandy in Iranian industries in order to present a conceptual framework for attending the global markets. The research follows an exploratory combined method, conducted directly in two qualitative and quantitative phases. Interviewing 14 experts by profound semi-structured, academics scholars and professors of marketing, branding and Islamic branding fields through a combination of purposeful judgment and snowball sampling method, the researchers identified and categorized components of the Islamic branding and factors influencing it for achieving the research objectives. Then, in the quantitative phase, a descriptive survey method was employed and a researcher-made questionnaire was developed. The views and ideas of 328 marketing managers and experts were collected from 60 Islamic companies. The data was then analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL software. The results of the research from interviewing the experts led to the identification of three main components including approaches, opportunities and challenges of the Islamic branding and the factors that affected it.

Abstract: 

One of the major points emphasized in almost all scientific approaches to educational systems is the fact that students should change along with social expectations and production cycle. The education process should be designed in a way to minimize the rate of inefficacy and energy loss. Underachievement as a major educational problem throughout the world wastes many resources. This problem exists in our universities too. Too explore factors affecting students’ underachievement 60 students (39 male, 21 female) with at least three consecutive semesters of underachievement were studied. A second sample of 52 overachieving students (25 male, 27 female) was also studied for comparison purposes. The research instruments were personal information questionnaire, Coppersmiths self-esteem questionnaire, and adults Raven intelligence test. Results showed higher I.Q., higher self-esteem, and higher academic background for overachievers. Results also showed that 88.8 percent of underachievers were non-local and 53.8 percent of overachievers were local students. Female students outperformed male students.

Abstract: 

Aim: The success of educational organizations depends on their students' satisfaction, which leads to the university's progress and prosperity. Due to the vital position of a university of medical sciences and its serious responsibility in educating the forces directly related to the community's health, these centers must redouble their efforts to satisfy their students. For this purpose, this study was conducted to identify factors affecting students' satisfaction with Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This applied research was conducted with qualitative methodology and qualitative content analysis. The samples were purposefully selected from the Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences students. In this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 students. Data were analyzed using MAXQDA software. Results: Seven central themes, including "educational factors", "research factors", "managerial factors", "administrative factors ", "welfare factors", and "support services" along with its sub-categories that express students' shared experience and understanding of factors which influence their satisfaction were extracted. Conclusion: Considering the importance of educational, research, managerial, administrative, welfare, and support services factors from the students' point of view, it is appropriate for policymakers and trustees to take into account the needs and expectations of students to develop programs that meet neglected needs of the students in these fields.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Since ethics in information technology is important and essential, the purpose of this study was to examine the factors influencing information technology ethics. Material and Methods: The present study employed a descriptive-correlational research design. The statistical population consisted of the employees of the Libyan National Oil Company, among whom 201 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Results: The results of the study confirmed all the research hypotheses. Accordingly, it was found that cultural values have a direct effect on information technology ethics. Moreover, cultural values also have an indirect effect on information technology ethics through organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Conclusion: Undoubtedly, ethics in information technology is a function of the social and cultural values of a society, and these values influence the domain of information technology ethics in various ways.

Abstract: 

Background: The main purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence healthcare quality in the Iranian context.Methods: Exploratory in-depth individual and focus group interviews were conducted with 222 healthcare stakeholders including healthcare providers, managers, policy-makers, and payers to identify factors affecting the quality of healthcare services provided in Iranian healthcare organisations.Results: Quality in healthcare is a production of cooperation between the patient and the healthcare provider in a supportive environment. Personal factors of the provider and the patient, and factors pertaining to the healthcare organisation, healthcare system, and the broader environment affect healthcare service quality. Healthcare quality can be improved by supportive visionary leadership, proper planning, education and training, availability of resources, effective management of resources, employees and processes, and collaboration and cooperation among providers.Conclusion: This article contributes to healthcare theory and practice by developing a conceptual framework that provides policy-makers and managers a practical understanding of factors that affect healthcare service quality.

Abstract: 

Background: The aim of this study was to recognize identify the effective factors on empowerment among military healthcare personnel.Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on 210 workers from Headquarter of Police Medicine in 2011, who were selected with random sampling method. The tool used to collect information was questionnaire. Reliability and validity of questionnaire were confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient (0.839) and content validity methods. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Spearman Correlation Coefficient Test and Friedman Test) were used to analyze data with SPSS software version 19.Results: Results reveal that: there was a significant relation between contextual, structural and behavioral factors and empowerment. Moreover, ranking the variables showed that the highest rate is related to behavioral factors with the mean of 2.28 and the lowest related to contextual ones with the mean of 1.78.Conclusion: According to the finding of the present research, to improve the existing status, designing a native model of management style and empowerment with the approach of job motivation promotion and revision of organizational training courses, is highly suggested.
